I am an owner-resident at Ice Condos with significant experience in corporate roles such as Senior HR Business Partner, Customer Strategy, Product, and Project Management at large organizations including BMO Bank of Montreal, Amplify, and the Region of Peel. In these roles, I led multimillion dollar projects and worked closely with senior leaders to balance competing priorities, manage risk, and translate strategy into action. Over time, I shifted my career to entrepreneurship and now run my own business as a Broker and Managing Director of My Home Source Inc., a GTA-based real estate company leveraging market analysis and industry expertise. I have an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on communications and economics.
At Ice Condos, I actively engage residents through the Ice United platform, owner forums, surveys, and one-on-one conversations listening to their needs and perspectives and as a result co-creating priorities. Through collaborative relationships with the Board and management, I have influenced meaningful improvements in accessibility, safety, functionality, and the overall resident experience. I am seeking a Director position to represent the community, advance transparent governance, and protect long-term property value.
