Nadia Karim

I am a Canadian Certified Physician Assistant with many years of experience in high-acuity clinical settings, and a faculty member in the Toronto Physician Assistant Program. My daily work involves assessing complex situations, weighing risks and trade-offs, coordinating with multiple professionals, and making clear, well-documented decisions that affect people’s safety and wellbeing. I am used to working within rules, policies, and limited resources, while still finding practical solutions. These are the same skills I intend to bring to the Ice Condos Board.

I was born and raised in Toronto and have lived in four different condominium buildings across the GTA. Since 2022 I have been an owner-occupier at Ice Condos. Living in the building myself, I care about how decisions are made, how money is allocated, and how safe, clean, and functional the property feels day to day. On the board, I want to contribute a steady, practical voice that focuses on clear communication with owners, responsible financial oversight, and long-term planning that protects both quality of life and property values.
